They guarantee product quality, where all products from the original manufacturers or authorized agents will undergo quality assurance first. AGT updates its inventory within 24 hours periodically since the inventory’s fluidity is vast. Once the customers place their orders, they are advised to confirm their orders with the AGT supplier’s customer service before paying

First, interested customers have to search the materials or BOMs. Next is they have to confirm the price and stock. After that, they have to add to cart their orders and then confirm the invoice information and address. Finally, they have to submit the orders and pay.

Customers can select from AGT’s industry-leading freight partners. They can contact the customer service representative for the complete list of freight companies. Beware that no shipment handling fees are included.

Yes. Once the orders have been processed for shipment, AGT’s sales team will send the customers an email advising them of their order’s shipping status and tracking number, if applicable. When the tracking numbers are available, customers can click on the link to directly access the carrier’s website and track their orders. Please note that it may take 24 hours before carriers provide the shipping tracking information.

Generally, customers can receive their packages within 3 to 5 days in express delivery, while others have to wait 24 to 30 days. The delivery time depends on the carriers.

All products undergo the Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), where products are selected randomly from all batches of customer orders to perform a systematic inspection before the shipment arrangement. 

If customers find something wrong with the products delivered by AGT, product replacement or return is accepted based on the following conditions:

The delivered products have any problem, including delivery of wrong items, deficiency in quantity, and external defects like rust and breakage;

AGT is informed of the issues described above within 360 days after the product delivery;

The items are unused and in the original unpacked packaging.
